Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement govern all consulting, engineering, creative, and operational services performed by MindCore Network for commercial clients, as well as participation terms for Academy students.

1. 100% Intellectual Property Handover

Upon full settlement of contracted sprint invoices, all custom software code, n8n workflow scripts, custom GPT agents, creative media assets, and financial models developed specifically for the client become the sole and exclusive property of the client.

2. Service Level Commitments

MindCore provides production uptime and response SLAs as specified in each Scope of Work. Sprints operate on weekly or bi-weekly deployment schedules with clear milestone reviews.

3. Flexible Scoping & Termination

Unless explicitly agreed under an enterprise annual term, client partnerships operate on custom scoped monthly cycles with a standard 30-day mutual notice period for transition.
